Credits and refunds

Credits never expire. Confirmed failed generations return the credits charged for that task exactly once.

Generation failures

Server-confirmed terminal failures trigger a single credit compensation. Retrying a request must not charge or return credits twice. A browser timeout or closing the page alone does not prove a generation failed. Returned credits restore your account balance. This credit return is separate from a cash refund or any refund from the model provider.

Cash refunds

Cash refund eligibility, request windows and processing conditions have not been confirmed. No paid checkout is available until the final cash refund policy is published.
